WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. Custom stamped bracelets and necklaces are not exchangeable and will be stamped with uppercase/lowercase per your instructions if indicated. Returns on any item are not accepted due to the hand made nature of each piece. Variations are to be expected since I hand stamp each piece. Postage and return postage with delivery confirmation is your responsibility. In the unfortunate event that your item becomes damaged please email hello@jellyfishtide because I may be able to fix it for you. Broken chains will be replaced for (16"-24") $10 or (30") $15 plus shipping and handling.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are made in the order in which they are received. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before you place your order. Because I hand craft each item, please allow ample time to create your perfect piece. My goal is to get your items to the post office within 14 days of receiving your order...but most often it's even sooner. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
