Refund policy

If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please email hello@jellyfishtide.com within 7 days of delivery. Custom stamped bracelets and necklaces are not exchangeable and will be stamped with uppercase/lowercase per your instructions if indicated. Returns on any item are not accepted due to the hand made nature of each piece. Variations are to be expected since I hand stamp each piece. Postage and return postage with delivery confirmation is your responsibility. In the unfortunate event that your item becomes damaged please email hello@jellyfishtide because I may be able to fix it for you.
